How to Stop Hair Loss?
By Ashley Hart

Hair loss and male-pattern baldness is an affliction suffered by thousands of men, and can be a real source of insecurity and embarrassment for those not ready to lose their hair or shave their head. Even worse, and more devastating are the younger cases where the hair loss process begins long before a man even reaches his thirtieth birthday. So what are your options if you are one of these men, uncontrollably losing your hair before your time?

Truth is, you can easily stop hair loss just by using a few great hair growing tactics that many are not aware of. At least for those who know about these, they are usually to lazy to do them. They would rather chunk out a load of cash and hopefully get the results that all of the hair loss companies claim to give from the use of their product.

Boil a handful of henna leaves in mustard oil (in a ratio of 4 tablespoons to one cup). Filter and store in a sterilized glass bottle. Massage this herbal oil before a head bath every time. If possible leave it over night or at least for 30 minutes before washing your hair. This is very effective in treating hair loss.

Soak fenugreek in a pot of tepid water throughout the night. Massage the liquid into the scalp and wrap with a cap for 3 hours. Repeat everyday for 1 month.

An hour before bed time, slice open of clove of garlic and rub it on the hairless area. One hour later massage the scalp with oliver oil, put on a cap and go to bed.

Let me give you one fine example of one that you can use that will lift years of clogged debris and dirt that actually contribute to why your hair may not be growing like it should. Any idea what it might be? You can use olive oil as a means to prepare your hair to grow.

Take a minute and think about side effects for a second. We've all heard of them before or at least read about some of them that are caused from various hair loss products. Now I wont go into too much detail, but let me point out a few of the most common complaints heard.

Headache, muscleache, fatigue, and sexual impotence are your greatest ones that are ever increasing as more and more products for baldness are being put on the market. This is usually do to the fact that these products and solutions contain a lot of harsh chemicals that may help hair to grow some, but really destroy your health.

Using a formula with 5 milligrams of Finasterade it has been marketed with the name Proscar and has also been used to treat prostate problems in men. It works by inhibiting the development of Dihydrotestosterone in the body and the drug does show results when using it as one of the hair loss remedies made available. While the product Rogaine is used as a scalp lotion the Propecia product is only available in the form of pills. As a final remark the use of Finasterade is not recommended for women as it is known to cause birth defects, so if your are a woman and are pregnant - stay off the Propecia product.
